Life in these Islands

The exciting new release by Kaukahi that was voted Song of the Year in Hawaii

Bringing life to these Islands - Kaukahi

The Hawaiian musical group Kaukahi was voted the 2007 Overall Group of the Year in Hawaii yet there is more to these men than just beautiful music.

In Hawaiian the word "Kaukahi" means a "singleness of purpose".  For these men that singleness of purpose is their faith in Jesus Christ and the hope that he brings to all people.  Each one of these men are accompished musicians as well as followers of Jesus.  Each man is a kahu (pastor) in one way or another and they are leading their people back from captivity not only in church but by being examples of faith, hope and aloha (love) to all people.

"Life in these Islands" is written by Kawika Kahiapo and is the title cut off of their incredible CD of the same name.  The CD was released in late 2006 and within a few months they were awarded the Group of the Year and Song of the Year for Hawaiian music.  Enjoy the music and purchase the CD in our on line store.  A great Hawaiian/spiritual blend.
